EMERGENCY REPAIRS
Minor urgent repairs

Our emergency repairs cover all urgent fixes that could endanger the cyclist or damage the bike (worn brake pads, broken chain, damaged tires, punctures, etc.).

Thanks to this new scheduling system, we have more availability to perform minor urgent repairs outside the time slots displayed on our booking platform.

BOB PAY

Payment solution in multiple Installments

Since early 2021, we have been working in collaboration with bob Finance to offer our customers a financing solution with 0% interest over a period of 12 or 24 months for the purchase of a new bike.

Example : 

Financing of CHF 3,000 over a period of 24 months 

Calculation : CHF 3,000 / 24 = CHF 125
That is 24 monthly installments of CHF 125

Financing Conditions:

• For a bike priced between CHF 2,000 and CHF 11,000
• Over a period of 6, 12, or 24 months
• No ongoing debt collection or seizure proceedings
• Minimum age of 21 years (maximum 65 years)
• Must be a Swiss resident, Swiss citizen, or holder of a B (minimum 1 year) or C residence permit

Please note that financing requests are not accepted for used or discounted bikes.
